BEAUTIFUL, AFFORDABLE DENTAL IMPLANTS
IN HOUSTON, TX

Missing teeth? No problem! Count on our expert dentists to help you regain your old smile with dental implants.

Severe cavities, periodontal disease, and dental trauma can all lead to the same outcome: tooth extraction. However, once your problem teeth are gone, you shouldn’t leave the empty space alone for too long. Otherwise, you can quickly start feeling the consequences—jawbone loss, new gaps between teeth, facial sagging, and further dental problems like tooth decay and gingivitis. In some cases, patients run the risk of losing more teeth! At Dentist Tree of the Heights, our periodontists are dedicated to giving our patients the best way to beautifully repair their incomplete smile: dental implants.

Teeth implants aim to be a fully artificial tooth, root and all. Unlike bridges and dentures, they are surgically embedded into the jaw, where they can keep the jaw and the rest of your mouth strong, healthy, and happy. This allows implants to last a decade or more longer than other teeth replacement options. We also take cosmetics into account with each treatment, so you can count on our dentists to ensure your new teeth look just as incredible as they feel! You’ll be amazed at just how naturally your tooth implant can restore your smile like new.

Are you excited to finally fill in the empty gaps of your smile and get your old smile back? The Dentist Tree of the Heights team is here for you! To schedule an appointment with our periodontists, you can give our Houston office a call at 281.849.8858 today!

YOUR DENTAL IMPLANTS OPTIONS

Every patient’s smile has its own unique needs. Our dental implant options allow you to beautifully restore yours.

Traditionally, a single dental implant is used to replace one extracted tooth. A dental crown is placed on a single implant and abutment to complete the tooth. In some cases, two adjacent missing teeth can be replaced simultaneously with using two implants and connected crowns. However, patients’ smiles are unique, and not everyone requires the same type of dental implant.

MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS

After tooth extraction, the jaw bone starts to shrink without an immediate dental implant. For patients without enough jawbone support for a traditional implant, we may be able to bypass the otherwise necessary bone graft process with mini dental implants. These implant posts are smaller than normal ones, so they need less bone tissue to secure themselves in place.

DENTAL BRIDGE IMPLANTS

For three or more missing teeth in a row, a regular dental bridge can be adapted to work amazingly with dental implants. The bridge’s crowns are secured onto two implants inserted on either side of the tooth gap. This allows your neighboring remaining teeth and the base jaw bone to stay healthier. Your new teeth can also last up to a decade longer!

PERMANENT DENTURES

Denture implants, also known as permanent dentures, support modified partial and complete dentures on teeth implants. By bringing in a specialist to place your denture implants, we can be flexible to your smile’s needs, no matter how many teeth you’re missing. For full mouth dental implants, All-On-4 dental implants are the most popular option.

WHAT IS THE DENTAL IMPLANT PROCESS?

At Dentist Tree of the Heights, we can beautifully restore your missing tooth with a dental implant.

CONSULTATION

Using a comprehensive examination of your mouth, we’ll map out your tooth implant process. Taking your specific needs into account, we’ll help you choose your smile’s best option.

BONE GRAFT

Gum disease and time spent post-extraction without an implant can lead to jawbone loss. Patients without sufficient bone will need a dental bone graft to support your new teeth.

IMPLANT

A titanium screw is embedded into the jaw where your old tooth had been, acting as the new tooth’s root. The implant will be the base supporting the rest of the artificial tooth.

HEALING

Over the next 3 to 6 months, the implant will fuse to the jaw in a process called osseointegration. Once secured, the implant can now anchor the other parts of the new tooth.

ABUTMENT

Next, the abutment is attached, where it can act as the glue for the dental implant’s final piece. For some patients, the abutment may be placed simultaneously with the implant.

CROWN

Using impressions of your mouth, the periodontist will create a dental crown to complete the implant. Once attached, you can enjoy your old bite’s natural look, feel, and function.

HOW MUCH ARE DENTAL IMPLANTS?

Our dental office is dedicated to helping our patients put their best smiles forward at an affordable cost!

Each patient has unique needs, so their dental implant experience is special, too. Depending on your treatment’s specific demands, the cost will change based on several crucial factors:

  • Number of missing teeth to be replaced
  • Type of dental implants
  • Number of visits to our office
  • Cost of tooth extraction, if necessary
  • If bone grafting is required
  • Whether oral sedation is needed

Our dental office wants to give our patients the best chance at affordable dental implants. If you have any questions about your financing options, please don’t hesitate to give our office a call for a consultation.
